As far as being green goes, I’m trying to really cut back on my product waste profile, the big push of course is going to have to be legislation against China, as they literally could overwhelm the oceans and atmosphere if un-monitored for too long.

I think it's interesting to think about the sense of hunger a company has in the early years. Obviously, as companies grow, the culture and priorities shift. But I was impressed to see a continued PUSH on the part of performics to stay ahead of the curve. It is so easy for companies to rest on their laurels and stagnate. It must be noted that complacency breeds stagnation and directly leads to a lack of innovation and loss of market share. Plenty of examples of that in our industry.
